How To Track An Active Order
Use the Orders tab to see vendor assignment, pickup, dispatch movement, and delivery confirmation.

Open Orders from the customer app and select the active order.

Check the current stage: processing, vendor assigned, ready for pickup, picked up, en route, or delivered.

Use the Track button when a dispatch agent is assigned to view delivery progress.

Keep your delivery code private until the rider reaches you.
For safety, FasFil support will never ask you to share your login password or payment PIN.
