Wallet crediting is restricted to verified payment webhooks, admin-approved refunds, or recorded administrative adjustments.
Customer wallet withdrawals are not enabled until banking, KYC, fraud review, and approval workflows are completed.
Refund requests may require order references, proof of payment, delivery evidence, and admin review.
