Each user must keep login details secure and use the correct role portal. One email maps to one account role.
Orders are subject to vendor availability, service-area coverage, safety checks, and lawful delivery conditions. FasFil may cancel or reschedule unsafe or non-compliant orders.
Wallet balances and refunds are only valid when backed by verified payment, admin-approved adjustment, or legitimate refund action recorded in the system.
Users must not abuse tracking, submit false locations, interfere with deliveries, misuse staff/admin tools, or attempt unauthorized access.
