Account details, contact information, delivery addresses, map coordinates needed for dispatch, order history, payment references, support messages, device/session data, and compliance documents submitted by vendors or drivers.
We use data to create accounts, process orders, assign vendors and drivers, verify deliveries, prevent fraud, improve service reliability, meet legal obligations, and provide support.
FasFil does not store raw card details. Card payments and wallet funding must be processed by verified payment providers such as Paystack when enabled.
Customers may request account export or deletion. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, safety, or dispute-resolution purposes.
